Yes, Jade Aden Interiors can manage any refurbishment, fit out or mezzanine flooring project to ensure that every aspect of the work is completed correctly the first time. You can rest assured that the project will be handled efficiently and the final result will be to your total satisfaction.
Jade Aden Interiors are happy to make an application on your behalf. We do not charge for the preparation of drawings or calculations after providing confirmation of your installation project. All we pass on is the statutory fees charged by the Local Authority or Approved Building Inspector.
You will need to contact Building Control before changing the use of the area within your premises. Some larger projects require signing off by Building Control to make sure they meet all health and safety standards. A site survey is always recommended, as this allows a member of our team to discuss your specific requirements. These include aspects such as staircases, walkways, and protected escape routes in the case of a new mezzanine floor. In most cases, you will need to inform your landlord of the proposed changes, to ensure you comply with the terms and conditions of your lease. We recommend sharing the design drawings with your landlord, and also informing them of your Building Regulations approval.
