Office Fit-Out Wimborne
Client: Julia’s House Children’s Hospice

Based in Dorset and Hampshire, Julia’s House is a children’s hospice dedicated to providing practical and emotional support for families with children who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
When Julia’s House’s nursing team needed to move from their outdated offices in Wimborne, the Jade Aden Interiors team was employed by Meyson Properties to undertake the fit-out of their brand-new office space which was to become home to their team of nurses.
This project presented a unique challenge for the Jade Aden team as the renovation project needed to be implemented within a derelict building lacking any interior structure, design, or plumbing and wiring.
Nevertheless, with a completion target of just six weeks, the team at Jade Aden was excited by this project and began the transformation of the roofless building to quickly turn it into an air-conditioned, contemporary office space, complete with furniture and flooring.
Implementation
As specialists in commercial fit-outs, Jade Aden provided a complete refurbishment program that included a brand-new roof, plastering and painting the walls, installing new flooring, air conditioning, and electrics to create a bright and airy office space – unrecognisable from the original building.
Completed within the timeframe, the newly refurbished office space was recently handed over to the client, who is delighted with their much-needed new premises. This was a particularly special project for the Jade Aden team to work on as we are all aware of the fantastic work that Julia’s House does for children and their families across Dorset & Hampshire. We are thrilled that they now have a much-improved office space from which to carry out their valuable service.
