A successful coating contractor based in Southampton, Hampshire, required a full space plan design following a move to larger premises.
Following the tender process and consultations with the client, we were entrusted to provide the client with a full office fit-out including mezzanine flooring, electrical, mechanical and full office environment works. The client is extremely happy with their new mezzanine floor, which now provides the benefit of added space in the office, including a new enclosed meeting room with glass partitioning and modern lighting. The new mezzanine floor that we installed now provides the client with extra space in the office without the need to move into even larger premises – and acts as an extra way to carry out social distancing in the office without compromising space and productivity.
Implementation
The team at Jade Aden exceeded all the initial requirements set out at the start of the project, ahead of time whilst still on budget, much to the client’s delight. Since the client’s prime reasons for moving into these premises was due to lack of space in the previous location – one of the main aims for Jade Aden Interiors, for this project, was to make the most out of the limited space available. We truly feel that this mezzanine floor was the perfect way achieve this.
