Based in Poole, the client is a leading provider of natural and smoke ventilation systems to business clients and local authorities across the UK and abroad.

Moving premises was not an option for this client, and so following consultations with them, Jade Aden Interiors was entrusted by Vent Engineering to take them into the 21st century with a full office refurbishment – after having occupied a 1960s built building for 30 years. The aim here was to refresh the look, feel and functionality of the office, to meet the style and convenience of modern day offices.

Implementation

Our team quickly got to work on this exciting project and met the client’s requirements by lining all internal walls and installing stunning glass partitions to provide soundproof spaces for meetings, complete with hard-wearing flooring.

Being a 50-year-old building with old-fashioned interior design and dated ventilation and other electrical systems, this office fit-out required improvements and installations across multiple fronts. As a result, we included a new suspended ceiling with fully integrated climate control system, which provides a smooth and clean solution to the previous worn out ceiling, as well as concealing electrical wires needed for the new air conditioning system and modern lighting.

The wall lining, ceiling, and glass partitions worked in perfect cohesion to give the client the exact modern look and feel that they required.
