Office Fit-Out And Refurbishment Westbourne

Domus Developments is a residential and student housing development company that operates in the UK mainland and Belfast.

Domus Developments initially contacted us to discuss the possibility of converting an old church building into a new office space. The building was being used as a restaurant at the time, so the project would involve stripping out the existing interior and completing a full refurbishment.

Implementation

We constructed and designed a 3D plan which we presented to the client. They were thrilled with the designs we drew up, so we quickly started work on a full fit-out. The project involved ripping out the existing restaurant and reconstructing any damaged brickwork. The structure of the church needed a fair amount of refurbishment, which we carried out to a high standard.

We then fitted a new contemporary kitchen with tea point features, as well as installing feature lighting with LED daylight bulbs. Daylight bulbs mimic natural light, for a bright and airy feel.
