Full Turnkey Office Fit-Out Ringwood

Based in Ringwood, Intelligent Insurance offers specialist home insurance for unusual properties and personal circumstances.

Project Summary

When Intelligent Insurance wanted a complete office refurbishment, the Jade Aden Interiors team was called on to complete an office fit-out. This project was a nice trip down memory lane for us, as we actually fitted out their building 15 years ago!

We took care of every detail as part of our extensive work on this fit-out, from a new air conditioning system and suspended ceilings to decoration and supply of all modular furniture and storage wall cupboards.

Implementation

As part of our full turnkey solution, we fitted Komfort Polar fully glazed frameless partitions for a stylish but practical way to divide the space without losing its bright, open-plan feel. We also installed Armstrong suspended ceilings to improve office acoustics, as well as a new heating and air conditioning system to replace their old wet heating system.

We completely transformed the kitchen and breakout area with a new contemporary style and added an instant hot water supply tap for convenience. Flexible carpet floor tiles and LED daylight bulbs were fitted throughout.

Our works also included the decoration of all perimeter walls, electrical and data installation with floor boxes, and the supply of all modular furniture and storage walls cupboards.
