This client, a call centre based in Bournemouth, tasked the Jade Aden Interiors team with creating a cellular environment to quickly allow for an expansion.

Following consultations with the client’s team, Jade Aden Interiors was assigned the task of fitting out their new office which is to serve as a call centre facility. The Jade Aden team had to take a number of factors into consideration before getting to work on this exciting project. For instance, how to conveniently create a separation between working and break-out areas, and how to keep the sound in the phones room from leaking into the break-out area as much as possible.

Implementation

To match our client’s business, we wanted to create a space that perfectly reflected minimalism while being an impressive office space that is modern and contemporary. For this office fit-out solution, we started by fitting a bespoke canteen / kitchen area – a zone where employees can enjoy their lunch break in privacy and away from their desks and phones, complete with beautiful sofas and chairs for maximum comfort. The break-out area allows employees to store food and provides a space to help connect staff members during their time off.

To separate the break-out zone and the phones room we provided bespoke frameless glass partitions and contemporary manifestation wall art which works brilliantly to keep the sound out of the kitchen and break-out area, whilst also making both rooms feel more spacious. The glass partition walls are also completely demountable and ready for their next expansion. The Jade Aden team carried out all of these works during the client’s normal working hours, with minimal disruption!
