Due to the huge range and stock levels at BT Office Furniture, Jade-Aden Interiors were tasked to provide a Mezzanine Storage Floor with specific lighting and fire rated requirement to a new facility adjacent to the existing warehouse in Poole, Dorset.
Implementation
A new warehouse facility was acquired and our mezzanine floor installation provided a quicker answer to an ‘area doubling’ solution. We found the solution by supplying and building a Mezzanine Floor Structure manufactured by our in house First Floors UK subsidiary. We handled all aspects of the project from start to finish including submission and liaison of building regulations, electrical and fire protection works.
Specific Requirements
A super quick solution was required as ‘suffering from their own success’ BT Office Furniture needed to expand their storage facilities to house stock levels. As manufacturers of Mezzanine Storage Structures, we were able to produce and install the 5000sq foot floor area with all aspects of fire protection, electrical, builders works and local authority approval, within a phenomenal time period, on time and on client budget.
